AEC 365 Responsible Gaming Features

We want you to stay in control at all times. That's why we offer several free protection tools right on our platform.

Setting a Betting Limit

Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly bet limits. Once a limit is in place, you cannot exceed it — it works entirely on your terms.

Cooling-Off Break

If you feel like you need a short break, you can take a cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account will be inaccessible for the duration.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel the issue is long-term, you can suspend your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently. Opening a new account during self-exclusion is not permitted.

Deposit Limit

Set a limit on how much you deposit before you start. This automatically prevents you from going beyond your budget.

Session Time Reminder

Keep a timer running to remind yourself how long you have been playing. An automatic alert will notify you once the set time has passed.

Gaming Pattern Analysis

Our system monitors your gaming activity. If anything unusual is detected, we'll proactively alert you and offer support.

Our Position Is Clear

AEC 365 believes gaming should be for entertainment. We are committed to supporting players who are struggling. Please read this page carefully — it could make a real difference.

1 Is Gaming Right for You?

Responsible gaming isn't just about following rules — it's about being honest with yourself. Before playing on AEC 365, it's worth asking whether gaming is truly the right choice for you.

Online gaming is an entertainment activity that involves financial risk. In every game, the odds of losing are higher than winning — keep that in mind before you start playing. Chasing losses by playing more is a dangerous habit.

2 Signs of Problem Gaming

If you notice any of the signs below — in yourself or someone you know — take them seriously. Problem gaming tends to escalate gradually, so it's best to catch it early.

  • Overspending Your Budget
You're consistently spending more on gaming each month than you planned — and it keeps happening.
  • Chasing Losses
You keep placing more bets to chase losses — and the cycle keeps repeating.
  • Tendency to Hide Activity
You're hiding your gaming activity from family or friends.
  • Impact on Sleep & Daily Life
Gaming is affecting your sleep, or making it hard to focus on work or studies.
  • Dipping Into Essential Funds
Money set aside for rent, medical bills, or essential household expenses is being spent on gaming.
  • Emotional Distress
You feel restless or irritable when you can't play, and gaming brings only temporary relief.
Keep in Mind

If even one of the above signs applies to you, that's not a weakness — it's a signal that it's time to seek help. AEC 365 is here for you.

3 How to Use Protection Tools

All tools are available under the "Responsible Gaming" section in your AEC 365 account settings. The steps for using each tool are outlined below.

Deposit Limit

Account → Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limit. Choose a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Decreasing the limit takes effect immediately; requests to increase it take effect after 24 hours.

Betting Limit

Set how much you want to wager per day or per week in advance. Once you reach that limit, no further bets can be placed until the next period begins.

Cooling-Off Break

Take a break ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will not be able to log in during this period. The break can be extended before it ends, but it cannot be shortened.

Self-Exclusion

Activate self-exclusion for anywhere between 6 months and permanently. Once in effect, no new accounts can be created. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.

Tips

No reason is required to activate these tools, and no additional verification is needed. You can turn them on anytime by going to Settings.
